Homework Helper is for parents and legal guardians aged 18 or older. You create the account, you add your children's profiles, and you are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the access codes you give your children. Keep your password and your children's codes private.

Children do not create accounts. A child signs in only with a code that you generate and share with them.

New accounts include a 14-day free trial with full access. No payment details are needed to start. When the trial ends, access to the parent dashboard and kid mode stops until you subscribe. Your data is kept so that subscribing later picks up where you left off.

Two plans are offered: $10 per month, which renews automatically each month, and $60 per year, which renews automatically each year. Prices are in US dollars. Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout.

Your subscription renews automatically at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from the billing page in the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then.

Payments are no longer refundable once a period has begun. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until it succeeds.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies at your next renewal, and you may cancel before then.

Homework Helper generates practice questions, lessons and quizzes using artificial intelligence, based on what you tell us your child's class is working on. Generated content can contain mistakes, and it may not match your child's actual class, teacher, curriculum or upcoming test. Please review what your child sees.

Homework Helper is a practice aid. It is not tutoring, not a school service, not an assessment, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any school, district, publisher or program named in the app.

Do not use Homework Helper to break the law, to upload other people's personal information, to attempt to access other families' data, to resell or redistribute generated content as your own product, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

You keep ownership of what you enter — child names, notes, photos of teacher handouts. You grant us permission to process it in order to run the service for you. Generated practice content is yours to use for your family's personal, non-commercial study.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not promise particular grades, test results or academic outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in, and your acceptance is recorded. You may stop using the service at any time. We may end or suspend your access for a breach of these terms or if we stop offering the service, in which case we will refund any unused prepaid time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which [BUSINESS NAME] is based, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
