From you, the parent: your email address, your name if you give it, your password (stored encrypted, never in readable form), and your record of agreeing to these documents, including the date, version, IP address and browser.

About your child: only what you enter — a first name, grade level, curriculum names, the weekly topics you type or photograph, and their answers, scores and rewards in the app. We ask for no more than that, and we never ask a child for personal information.

Payment details: handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.

Technical data: basic logs and error reports needed to keep the app running and secure.

To create practice, lessons and quizzes for your child; to show you how they are doing; to run your subscription; to answer your support messages; and to keep the service secure and working. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not show ads.

Only a parent or guardian can create an account and add a child. A child signs in with a code you give them and can only see their own practice. We collect the minimum needed to generate age-appropriate work, we do not use children's information for advertising or profiling, and we do not disclose it to third parties except the service providers listed below who help run the app.

You can review, correct or delete everything about your child at any time by removing the child's profile in the app, or by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL].

Hosting and database: our cloud hosting provider. Payments: our payment processor. Content generation: AI model providers, which receive the topic text or handout photo you submit in order to produce practice questions. These providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your family's data for their own purposes.

We keep your data while your account is open. If you delete a child, their practice history is deleted with them. If you ask us to close your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and legal reasons, such as payment receipts and your consent record.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted per family at the database level, and passwords and children's codes are stored securely. No system is perfect, but we take this seriously and will notify you promptly if a breach affects your data.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in, and we will record that acceptance.
